Addiction & Trauma Treatment Overview
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Lotus Place Recovery
Clients in the Intensive Outpatient Program attend 3-5 hours of treatment per day (programming and individual therapy). Clients are immersed in CBT, DBT, trauma treatment and addiction recovery programming. Outside of daily treatment clients volunteer, work part-time or participate in other sobriety supporting activities.
Clients in our Outpatient Program attend 3 hours of treatment per week, (1 individual therapy session, 1 case management session and 1 group). Clients gain support for continued sobriety, reinforce emotional strengths and gain stronger coping skills as they work towards transition to sober living.
Lotus Place Sober Living offers a safe and clean environment that caters to post-alcohol and addiction clients. We are conveniently located in Costa Mesa to numerous employment opportunities and a large sober network. We provide the needed structure to help clients live a sober life as they transition back into society.
In addition to the treatment focuses below, clients in our intensive outpatient program learn how to cope with drug cravings; accept and act on feedback; gain communication skills; learn stress reduction; identify and gain anger management skills and improve their problem-solving abilities.
